SummitFlow LLC ("SummitFlow," "we," "us," or "our") develops and operates Topo360, including the Topo360 mobile applications and the topo360.fit website (collectively, "Topo360"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Topo360.

1. Information Topo360 May Process

Topo360 is designed to provide interactive 360° climbing route information and offline access to downloaded route content. Depending on the features you use, Topo360 may process limited information necessary to operate the app and website. This may include technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, diagnostic information, and basic usage or performance information. If Topo360 provides account, support, download, or similar features, information you voluntarily provide through those features may also be processed. Topo360 does not sell personal information.

2. Location Information

Topo360 may use device location when a feature requires it, such as displaying your position in relation to route or map content. Location access is subject to your device permissions. You can deny or disable location access through your device settings. Topo360 should not be treated as an emergency navigation or rescue service. GPS, maps, route imagery, and location information can be inaccurate or unavailable.

3. Offline Route Content

Topo360 allows route content to be downloaded for offline use. Downloaded content may be stored locally on your device until you remove it, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Local offline content is generally controlled through your device and the Topo360 app.

4. Third-Party Services

Topo360 may rely on third-party platform or infrastructure providers to operate features such as app distribution, authentication, hosting, storage, maps, diagnostics, or analytics. Those providers may process information under their own privacy policies and terms. The Apple App Store and Google Play also process information associated with downloading, installing, and using mobile applications under their respective policies.

5. onBelay and Other SummitFlow Services

Topo360 and onBelay are separate SummitFlow products. Topo360 may link to onBelay for online 360° route previews, route discovery, or related climbing content. When you follow a link to onBelay, your use of that service is governed by the privacy policy and terms applicable to onBelay. We do not treat a visit to Topo360 as enrollment in or consent to unrelated onBelay features.

6. Website Links and External Content

Topo360 may contain links to third-party websites, climbing resources, app stores, or related SummitFlow services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, accuracy, or availability of third-party sites and services.

7. Data Retention and Security

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, to operate and improve Topo360, to respond to support requests, or to satisfy legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

Topo360 is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and address the issue.

9. Your Choices

You can control permissions such as location access through your device settings. You can also remove locally downloaded content through the app where supported, clear app data, or uninstall the app. For privacy questions or requests concerning information you have provided to us, contact SummitFlow using the contact information below.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Topo360 changes. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and publish the revised policy on topo360.fit.
